- Adjust your speaker volume to a level of comfortable and clear sound.
- If you experience any difficulty hearing the sound, check that you have not muted Wave input in your sound control selections, and that you have not minimized volumes in Wave and/or Volume Control.
- To hear the Welcome message again, hit "Refresh" in your Browser buttons
- If you are connected via a dial-up modem, allow a few seconds for the full sound file to download. Time taken will vary depending on your modem's speed and other traffic on the connection.
